Meet The Program Director
Dr. Gia Landry is currently a transplant hepatologist and gastroenterologist, as well as clinical assistant professor of medicine. She also has a Masters Degree in Public Health in epidemiology. She attended Harvard Medical School, completed a residency at Johns Hopkins and gastroenterology fellowship at Baylor in Houston, TX. Her extensive community and academic affiliations make her a great resource. Over the last 18 years, Dr. Landry’s journey from undergraduate to thriving medical professional has given her valuable insights into the field.
She has multiple peer reviewed publications, countless oral presentations, and honors. Dr. Landry knows what is needed to become a successful medical school applicant. In her quest to help more students succeed in the process Dr. Landry has designed the MSA Program as a mentorship connection with real resources to encourage hopeful medical students and shed light on the details of what makes a successful applicant.
